Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary client contact, accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through cross-sales and product upgrades.
  • •Develop consultative relationships with C-suite and senior management decision-makers; document interactions timely in CRM.
  • •Drive client engagement using customer feedback and consultative selling to develop and close cross-sell opportunities and achieve annual sales goals.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of FTIS products and analyze industry/client trends to advise clients and facilitate expansion of existing relationships.
  • •Support internal compliance and documentation requirements for new business and asset acceptances, and coordinate client service/investment reviews and billing/fee invoice monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration preferred.
  • •5 years of work experience in Institutional Services or related Financial Services areas.
  • •Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with solid presentation abilities.
  • •Problem-solving and analytical skills to consult with clients using industry and client-specific insights.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM to document activities.
