Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor data center systems, including BAS/BMS, mechanical equipment, electrical distribution, generators/fuel, UPS/batteries, and fire/life safety systems.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and performance testing on data center infrastructure.
  • •Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and troubleshoot issues using manuals, drawings, schematics, and documentation.
  • •Analyze system failures for trends and root causes and develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • •Coordinate and lead third-party vendors during maintenance/repair/project activities and communicate availability risks to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 37.5 - 59.98 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •College, vocational, or trade school certification, or equivalent experience in a related field (mechanical, electrical, electronics, data center operations).
  • •2+ years of experience in operations & maintenance.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire and life safety systems.
  • •Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and using computer systems for information sharing.
