•Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
•Provide makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
•Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
•Keep licenses active and uphold hygiene standards, health, and safety protocols.
•Follow company policies to help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.2 - 21.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•Maintain an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
•1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a service environment.
•Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
•Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment and quickly learn and share product knowledge.
