•Knowledge of the main KPIs of retail trade.
•Empathy and dynamism in customer interactions and a results-oriented mindset.
•Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
•Willingness to support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily activities and adapt to strategy changes.
