Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers and guide complex integrations from end-to-end, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue.
•Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs with Brazilian customers, fluently in Portuguese.
•Onboard high-value accounts with MonetizeMore tools (e.g., PubGuru, Advanced Ads) and tailor custom code solutions for websites and mobile apps.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to fit unique client setups.
•Collaborate with Global BD and Account Management to evaluate customer configurations, translate technical needs into product requirements, and influence the global roadmap.
