Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Global Family Office sales pipeline, updating opportunities and activities in Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • •Prepare and distribute recurring sales activity metrics and pipeline reporting to support business development efforts.
  • •Assist in creating and maintaining client presentations, prospect materials, marketing updates, briefing memoranda, and other sales deliverables.
  • •Coordinate logistics for meetings, prospect meetings, client events, conferences, webinars, and networking activities, including scheduling and materials preparation.
  • •Support Senior Sales Associates and Wealth Strategists with prospect research, data collection, meeting preparation, administrative follow-up, and sales documentation maintenance.

Key Requirements
