Senior Engineer

Own mechanical and hydraulic design for assigned systems within the Milton Roy product portfolio, from conceptual work through prototyping, validation testing, documentation, and production implementation. Build CAD models, engineering drawings, and system architectures; develop and execute test plans; analyze results and produce engineering reports. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, including project, product, and production teams, while mentoring junior engineers.
