Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate strategic levers to enable successful commercial environments for clients throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • •Guide clients in establishing optimal commercial approaches and operating models, translating vision into practical commercial solutions including incentivisation.
  • •Deploy and optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools and methods, tailoring standard methodologies to client needs.
  • •Collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams both internally and externally to deliver value and sustain client relationships.
  • •Support change management and contribute to internal development of commercial service transformation products and business generation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial understanding of infrastructure, defence and/or energy/natural resources markets; familiarity with the commercial lifecycle and large-scale environments
  • •Experience delivering projects within commercial/transformational environments; familiarity with construction context (e.g. Construction Playbook, Project 13) and procurement regulations
  • •Desirable professional qualification such as MCIPS or RICS (advanced progress preferable)
  • •Experience leading and managing multiple projects with ability to maintain quality deliverables under deadlines
  • •Excellent communication skills (active listening, presentation, writing) and ability to work in multi-stakeholder environments
