Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee enterprise data management to enhance the Army Intelligence Program of Record, including creating/modifying data feeds, ensuring interoperability, and troubleshooting data exchange.
  • •Provide data management services and software; make data-science-informed recommendations and assess emerging technologies to optimize intelligence systems architecture.
  • •Identify gaps in intelligence data access, ingestion, and dissemination, and implement solutions in coordination with Army G2 and DCD.
  • •Synchronize Army G-2, INSCOM, ASCC, COCOM, and Intelligence Community data-related efforts within a specified theater of operation.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for DCD and host unit on intelligence knowledge management and data lifecycle/architecture issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree related to the labor category, or a related bachelor’s with 5 additional senior years (total 17 years as a substitute).
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline, or associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience.
  • •Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance, with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • •Ability to identify intelligence data access, ingestion, production, and dissemination gaps and facilitate solutions with DCD and Army G2.
  • •Demonstrated experience ensuring authoritative databases exchange information and troubleshooting data exchange between the Program of Record and other authoritative databases.
