The role also includes support for contract administration (variations, claims, notices), schedule monitoring, and participation in coordination meetings, plus mentoring site engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead site supervision across civil/structural/architectural/mechanical/electrical works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
•Serve as the senior site representative and primary technical interface between the client and site stakeholders.
•Oversee construction progress, inspections, technical coordination, quality performance, and contractor execution, monitoring safety, schedule, and contractual obligations.
•Review construction methodologies and submissions (method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation).
•Support contract administration (variations, claims, delay events, change requests and notices), coordinate handover/closeout activities, and mentor site engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•20+ years of experience in resident engineering, construction supervision, project management, site engineering, or construction management for large-scale projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
•Senior-level engineering background in civil, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
•Proven experience supervising and managing construction of similar-sized buildings or complex large-scale developments.
•Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary construction activities and contractor coordination, plus strong awareness of construction contract administration and claims/variations.
