Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site supervision across civil/structural/architectural/mechanical/electrical works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
  • •Serve as the senior site representative and primary technical interface between the client and site stakeholders.
  • •Oversee construction progress, inspections, technical coordination, quality performance, and contractor execution, monitoring safety, schedule, and contractual obligations.
  • •Review construction methodologies and submissions (method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation).
  • •Support contract administration (variations, claims, delay events, change requests and notices), coordinate handover/closeout activities, and mentor site engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of experience in resident engineering, construction supervision, project management, site engineering, or construction management for large-scale projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Senior-level engineering background in civil, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
  • •Proven experience supervising and managing construction of similar-sized buildings or complex large-scale developments.
  • •Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary construction activities and contractor coordination, plus strong awareness of construction contract administration and claims/variations.
