Key Responsibilities

•Own features end-to-end across the full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing, automation, deployment, and operational ownership in production), including AI.
•Translate customer and business needs into technical solutions, balancing speed, quality, and reliability.
•Design, build, and maintain highly scalable distributed systems for large volumes of data.
•Identify and resolve pre-production bottlenecks and production issues to improve resilience and performance.
•Partner with product managers and SREs, participate in reviews, and mentor junior engineers; support a rotating on-call schedule to diagnose and resolve production issues.

Key Requirements

•Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
•Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, C++, or Java, with the ability to learn new languages quickly.
•Experience building and operating distributed systems, including areas like concurrency control and consistency models.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container ecosystems, including microservices-based architectures, plus familiarity with Kubernetes automation/deployment tools (e.g., Argo Workflows, Argo CD, Qbec, Jsonnet).
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
