Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze exposures, loss experience, benchmarking data, market conditions, and total cost of risk to develop coverage placement and risk management strategies.
  • •Lead the placement process from submission development through marketing, carrier consultations, program design, proposal preparation, and binding of coverage.
  • •Coordinate multiple renewals and placement projects simultaneously, mentor junior brokers, and contribute to operational improvements to strengthen brokerage effectiveness and client outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience supporting casualty insurance placements and advising clients on complex liability exposures in a brokerage, carrier, or related risk management environment.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Umbrella/Excess Liability coverages, including program structure and placement strategy.
  • •Strong ability to analyze risk, claims, exposure, financial, and market data to develop actionable recommendations.
  • •Proven relationship management skills with clients, carriers, underwriters, and cross-functional collaborators.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience at a similar level, plus a Property and Casualty Brokers License (required; can be attained on the job).
