Job Summary

Operate and rotate through the stuffing area to process frozen raw meat for sausage, pepperoni, and SJ products. Perform machine teardown and setup, operate stuffers, handle product loops, racks, tubs, and trolley washing, and complete daily paperwork. Support CPS activities (Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment/Area Ownership, training documentation sustainability) while following GMPs and USDA guidelines. Work scheduled shifts plus overtime/weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Process frozen raw meat products for sausage, pepperoni, and SJ products by rotating through stuffing-area tasks.
•Operate stuffers and handle product loops, racking, tub handling, and trolley washing.
•Perform teardown and setup of machinery as required for production.
•Support CPS activities including Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, and team participation.
•Complete required daily paperwork and support development and sustaining of training documentation; assist other cells as directed.

Key Requirements

•Rotate through all aspects of the stuffing area and operate stuffing equipment.
•Strong math skills to track different blends and follow blend requirements.
•Comprehension and ability to read and follow blend requirements.
•Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs.) about 4 feet onto the rack and lift 80 lbs. repetitively.
•Follow all GMPs, Safety, and USDA guidelines; support CPS activities and complete daily paperwork.
