Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead construction supervision activities for the assigned project.
  • •Develop and apply a construction management plan to standardize contract administration.
  • •Initiate and manage contract correspondence with the client and contractor.
  • •Establish inspection, testing, and commissioning procedures in line with contract requirements.
  • •Review HSE/QMS, monitor contractor progress, coordinate with service/authorities, and certify interim/final payments and completion documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng or BSc (Hons) in Civil/Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Minimum of 20 years’ experience managing major building projects, including high-rise developments, luxury hotels, large-scale residential complexes, and commercial buildings.
  • •Prior UAE experience with a consulting background.
  • •Comprehensive proficiency in discipline-specific software.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
