Key Responsibilities

•Suggest looks that incorporate current trends and promotions based on consumer needs using the Levi’s service approach.
•Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
•Comply with all Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 14.7 - 24.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Fashion savvy with interest in current trends and brand heritage.
•Empathetic, positive, and able to add to store culture with customers and co-workers.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
•Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.
