Key Responsibilities

  • •Install telematics systems and devices on vehicles, construction equipment, heavy equipment, and customer assets.
  • •Operate machinery at times for installation testing purposes.
  • •Remove and replace ignition systems without custom keypad/controller, then integrate communication between keypad and telematics systems.
  • •Handle installation scenarios from basic (power, ignition, ground) to complex (custom wiring harnesses for CAN network access).
  • •Travel to client sites and various EquipmentShare rental yards for installation cases and occasionally work outside business hours/weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (trade school certificate preferred).
  • •Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools, with experience in a related field (e.g., electrician, HVAC tech, car audio installer, mobile electronics installer, automotive electronics technician, 12V technician).
  • •Open to traveling within a 250 mile radius of the local branch for up to a week at a time.
  • •Able to drive, maneuver in tight spaces, bend/squat/walk long distances, and lift over 25 lb; clean driving record and pass a background check.
  • •Proficient with iPhone/mobile phone technology and basic computer navigation; must pass a 10-panel drug screen for offers.
