  • •Translate business priorities into product strategies, measurable outcomes, and prioritised delivery plans.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver product initiatives end-to-end, grounded in execution quality, trade lifecycle, platform performance, regulatory expectations, and operational resilience.
  • •Coach and guide Product Managers and build a product culture based on ownership, clarity, client focus, and data-led decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product leadership experience owning and scaling complex digital products across web and/or mobile platforms.

  • •Fintech/trading/investing/brokerage/payments/platform/marketplace experience in similarly complex digital environments.
  • •Comfort operating in a regulated environment balancing growth, client experience, risk, compliance, and operational resilience.
