Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (eMtJC) throughout the job lifecycle.
•Provide real-time execution and direction of well site activities from the remote operations hub.
•Execute the operational plan and cascade operational decisions and updates to all involved parties.
•Coordinate pre-job planning activities (including pre-job meetings, procedure and simulation reviews) and oversee real-time data monitoring.
•Prepare post-job reports by evaluating job information, capture lessons learned and KPIs, and provide support including 24/7 coverage for critical operations.

•Have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

•Have IT skills for remote monitoring and support, including the ability to multitask using technical equipment.
•Have prior field experience in the product line.
