Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as on-site IT support engineer for the New York office, resolving hardware, account, and access issues via in-person support and ticket queue
  • •Administer and evolve the core SaaS stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools)
  • •Own the employee identity lifecycle (onboarding, off-boarding, and access changes) through Okta
  • •Configure and maintain SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integrations for new SaaS applications
  • •Manage Mac endpoint administration through Rippling MDM, including policies, patching, compliance, and automation of recurring IT work
