Provide a safe, welcoming experience for Foundation Members, VIPs, and guests in the Foundation Room and House of Blues. Key Responsibilities

•Recognize and support Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, VIPs, and other guests to enhance their experience.
•Serve as an information resource for Members and assist with reservation timing and guest needs.
•Ensure guest safety by removing hazards, preventing and resolving altercations, and supporting emergency evacuation procedures.
•Check identification for guests who appear under 30 when alcohol is involved.
•Inspect every guest to help prevent weapons or harmful items from entering the venue, and enforce photo/video/recording policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and ability to meet any stated license/certification requirements.
•Flexible schedule, including ability to work late hours.
•3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
•Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
•High school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs using proper techniques.
