Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Derivatives Clearing Team’s end-to-end operational activities including collateral movement, risk management, trade confirmation, and daily settlement.
  • •Apply knowledge of securities markets, derivatives as a product, trade life cycle, market regulations, and associated risk principles.
  • •Oversee critical operational activities such as collateral upstreaming/downstreaming, client trade confirmation, margin and limits monitoring, MTM monitoring, settlement, and client reporting.
  • •Ensure activities are performed accurately and within market cutoffs.
  • •Drive staff development and motivation while anticipating future client requirements and operating flexible systems.
