Key Responsibilities

•Lead small engineering pods to take complex features from discovery to production-scale delivery.
•Drive the transition from Vue 2 to Vue 3 using the Composition API and modern build tools like Vite/Webpack.
•Build responsive, accessible, high-performance web applications focused on Core Web Vitals and efficient state management.
•Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure the UI supports the user experience.
•Influence the technical roadmap and mentor junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software development experience focused on high-scale web applications.
•Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals including Event Loop, DOM API, and browser rendering.
•Proven experience with Vue 2 and Vue 3, including experience with migration between the two.
•Experience leading small teams or project "pods" and driving features to completion.
•A strong eye for UI/UX and passion for high-quality web design.
