Job Summary

Design and develop embedded software for cutting-edge UAV systems, from setting up development environments to integrating sensor drivers and online algorithms. Improve embedded software architecture for scalability and reliability, configure and maintain embedded Linux or RTOS, and advance telemetry systems used in the field. Work closely with Algorithmic and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong coding standards and contributing to in-house tooling to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain the operating system (Embedded Linux or RTOS) for UAV systems.
•Contribute to improving embedded software architecture to ensure scalability and reliability.
•Develop sensor drivers and integrate online algorithms with Algorithmic teams.
•Improve and maintain telemetry systems for the drone.
•Maintain coding standards and collaborate on in-house tools and multidisciplinary delivery for field deployment.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
•Extensive embedded software development experience focused on robotics, aerospace, or related fields.
•Strong proficiency in C/C++ (Python experience is a plus).
•Experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS and multi-threaded/multi-process systems.
•Experience developing and integrating sensor drivers, interpreting data-sheets, and using debugging tools (e.g., software debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
