•Shape and ship the agentic-workflow product surface in Prefect Cloud, including execution plans, agent authoring, and human-in-the-loop gates.
•Own user-facing features end-to-end across the stack, with a front-end center of gravity.
•Serve as a thought partner on product and UX direction for the Prefect Cloud engineering team.
•Apply orchestration/dev-tools intuition to product decisions and translate user/category needs into product direction.
•Write maintainable, performant full-stack code and participate in on-call/incident response.

Salary: USD 172,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with demonstrated success shipping user-facing products.
•Deep proficiency in TypeScript and Vue, plus experience with modern UI libraries and strong UX judgment.
•Track record of shipping in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments without a dedicated PM.
•Knowledge of orchestration/workflow/developer-tools space (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Langsmith, n8n or similar) strongly preferred.
•Real fluency with AI development tools, with experience shipping work using tools like Claude Code or Codex.
