Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement information security policies, standards, and guidelines aligned to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure security architecture, controls, and processes align with regulatory/data protection needs and business continuity, IT service continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
  • •Serve as primary liaison for internal and external compliance audits and translate technical requirements into actionable insights.
  • •Systematically assess security control effectiveness across Allianz services, partners, and third-party providers; manage security risks and deviations and drive mitigations.
  • •Define and conduct security training and awareness, and collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security measures and recommend security technologies as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • •Relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor).
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in information security governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • •Experience in regulatory and industry frameworks for information and cyber security, including security audits and GRC tooling.
  • •Fluent English; proficiency in a second major language is a plus.
