Job Summary

Own the intake, scoping, and sprint scheduling for the Brand Studio team, bringing structure and flow to creative requests across the company. Manage request triage and briefs, surface blockers early, and drive clear tradeoff conversations as priorities shift. Build and continuously improve the team’s internal capacity planning processes (including using AI tooling like Claude Code) so planning gets better over time in a remote, async environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own request intake, scoping, and the flow of creative work across the company.
•Run and maintain a realistic sprint schedule, including surfacing blockers early and making recommendations on tradeoffs.
•Ensure briefs are complete before Brand Studio team members begin work.
•Build and improve internal capacity planning tools and sprint planning processes over time using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code).
•Maintain accountability to deadlines in a remote, async environment and communicate clearly with creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 6,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years in project management, production, or creative operations, ideally supporting a creative or brand team.
•Experience managing intake and prioritization across a high volume of requests from multiple internal stakeholders.
•Track record of building or improving project management systems (not just maintaining them).
•Experience using no-code or AI-assisted tools to build lightweight internal tools or automations.
•Experience working cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and creative directors to align on scope and timelines.
