Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations, providing support across HR processes and initiatives.
  • •Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, and employee changes while maintaining accurate HR records.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, including employee relations, attendance management, and policy guidance.
  • •Support monthly payroll activities by collecting and validating employee data, and ensure accuracy of employee, payroll, and organizational data in HR systems.
  • •Contribute to annual HR programs (salary reviews, performance management, engagement and recognition) and workforce planning; participate in integration and acquisition-related initiatives.

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 45,000

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of HR experience in an international organization.
  • •Support multiple HR disciplines across the employee lifecycle (recruitment through offboarding).
  • •Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • •Experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors (or similar systems).
  • •Fluent English (B2-C1) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
