Job Summary

Provide preventative care and diagnostic services to patients in their homes, including phlebotomy/specimen collection and additional low-acuity screenings. Use modern mobile tools for scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure care coordination while operating with autonomy and exceptional quality. Prepare with supplies/PPE each day, label and manage specimens, and coordinate drop-off to appropriate labs or facilities, delivering compassionate patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE to care for the day’s patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
•Build warm, welcoming connections with patients and collect relevant information while performing required services.
•Provide patient-centric diagnostic and low-acuity care including phlebotomy/specimen collection and other screenings as assigned.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to deliver high-quality care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Ability to travel to patient homes using reliable transportation/own vehicle and physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds while walking).
•To begin working: state required licensure and/or proof of training, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
