Accounting and Billing Specialist

Support customer billing and accounts receivable by preparing and issuing invoices, managing recurring and usage-based billing arrangements, monitoring overdue receivables, and resolving billing discrepancies. Reconcile customer payments across Stripe, bank transfers, and other channels, maintain accurate collection records, and help with month-end/year-end close activities, general ledger support, and accounts payable tasks. Respond to billing inquiries, process adjustments and credit notes, and prepare documentation for audits and reporting.
