Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client conversations focused on financial wellness opportunities and deliver effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Deliver solutions by referring appropriate investment and insurance products to the right partners.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline using prospecting, internal/external centers of influence, and documentation of calling efforts.
  • •Open and support personal and business accounts and related banking products, assisting as needed with teller transactions.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit policies and assist branch operations, including participating in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask effective fact-finding questions (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
