Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams supporting predictive and preventive maintenance, machine repairs, and employee training on work methods and safety procedures.
  • •Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling with Production to address equipment and facility repairs.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety) and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • •Maintain maintenance compliance with USDA regulations and keep accurate records of work performed and inventory.
  • •Oversee continuity and crisis management when key personnel are absent, including delegating required tasks and responsibilities; drive people management through development and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, or mentoring less experienced staff, or managing a process or project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; may be required to work long hours and weekends.
