Support the complaint handling process and event reporting within the Acute Care Technology division, contributing to quality improvement and CAPA programs. Under general supervision, you will review investigations, communicate with customers and suppliers, document findings, and propose corrective actions to drive compliance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Review complaint investigations for completeness and establish root cause to system and/or component level
•Communicate with customers and suppliers
•Document investigations as appropriate
•Propose corrective action on an as needed basis

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.9 - 29.8 hourly

Key Requirements

•Requires 2-year degree or equivalent work experience and 2+ years related experience
•Experience with soldering, ESD handling and electro-mechanical assembly methods required
•Experience using mechanical and electronic test equipment required
•Knowledge of FDA QSR required
•Basic computer skills in a MS Windows environment; MS Office (Excel/Word)
