Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, project schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resourcing, conduct complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline, ensuring functions remain on schedule and resolving or escalating issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings and collaborate with the project team to implement and complete solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions and apply advanced knowledge to improve how work is done.
  • •Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
