Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve Micron QMS processes, driving end-to-end process clarity, interactions, and documentation.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 where applicable), coordinating with sites and auditors and closing findings.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to collect required inputs, ensure alignment, and cascade QMS process changes to the site team.
  • •Track and monitor key QMS process performance indicators and resolve non-compliance in the quality system.
  • •Plan and support audits, drive quality improvement initiatives and projects, and participate in cross-functional improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Structured, data-driven approach to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • •Familiarity with AI tools such as Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Tableau; knowledge of quality systems (e.g., FMEA, change management, MSA, calibration) is advantageous.
