Job Summary

Provide GL team support by maintaining daily financial and accounting processes, aligned to GFS service level agreements. Contribute to month-end close and financial reporting in HFM for P&L and balance sheet items, including working capital and headcount. Prepare and support variance analysis, perform account reconciliations (including AP/AR and bank recs), and deliver cost center reporting for SG&A and COGS. Drive process automation and standardization to improve KPI reporting and documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial business partnering support by delivering accurate, timely financial information to stakeholders in line with GFS SLAs.
•Contribute to the month-end close process and financial reporting in HFM for P&L, balance sheet, working capital metrics, headcount, and related requirements.
•Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for financial statements covering P&L and balance sheet.
•Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, AP/AR reviews, journal entries, and resolving reconciling items.
•Drive continuous improvement through process automation, standardization, KPI reporting, documentation quality, and collaboration with regional teams and auditors.

Key Requirements

•A university degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•Proficiency in English.
•At least two years of experience working in a large multinational organization.
•High attention to detail and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
•Experience in a matrix organization is preferred.
