Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new-hire orientation and onboarding training in accordance with the People Pillar.
  • •Supervise new hires during training and make recommendations to management and/or HR regarding training needs, concerns, and continued employment.
  • •Schedule, coordinate, and organize multiple sometimes simultaneous training sessions.
  • •Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment.
  • •Support HR with yearly Learning plan setup and training, and assist during free time; participate on HR and company committees.
