Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lead plant operations on the 3rd shift by guiding teams to hit production, quality, safety, and cost targets. Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving to remove constraints and bottlenecks, monitor performance against standards, and ensure daily plans are executed and communicated through shift handoffs. Support employee development, oversee sanitation and food-safe manufacturing activities, and promote compliance with plant rules and safety programs.
