(Senior) Specialist, Total Rewards (Equity)

Manage end-to-end equity and reward programs for Delivery Hero’s global workforce, including LTIP and ESPP administration. Ensure accurate processing across the equity administration tool and Workday, support the reward philosophy for multiple countries, and act as the first point of contact for equity-related compensation and benefits questions. Partner with Legal and Finance while using data and trends to solve complex rewards challenges for the People & Culture Total Rewards CoE.
