Job Summary

Lead a 24/7/365 Safe and Secure Operations Center team that monitors CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across Carvana sites nationwide. You’ll supervise incident triage via emergency phone lines, coach team members on recognizing and escalating risks, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. The role also involves analyzing alarm data, guiding responses to life safety incidents with partners (facilities, police, fire, EMS), and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and plan improvements.
•Engage and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
•Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards, including service level agreements.
•Provide direction for routine and emergency calls and alarm/video triggers; triage incidents and guide appropriate response/escalation.
•Assess alarm data and lead ROC response to life safety incidents, coordinating actions with relevant internal and external parties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

•3+ years of security operations or call center experience.
