Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as SME for endpoint and device management in Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • •Manage device enrollment workflows (including Autopilot/co-management) and maintain endpoint security baselines and reporting for security/audit needs.
  • •Administer Entra ID identity governance (users, groups, roles) and conditional access policies, implementing Zero Trust access principles with MFA and PIM.
  • •Support identity and security operations across Azure cloud infrastructure components and integrate Azure/Entra ID with downstream identity providers (Okta) and Google Workspace.
  • •Build and maintain IT automation scripts using PowerShell/Graph API to streamline identity, endpoint, and access management and improve reliability/reduce turnaround time.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device/endpoint management.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and security operations.
  • •Strong scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or similar) to manage and optimize identity and endpoint operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of Okta (identity federation/SSO) and Google Workspace administration is a plus.
