Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an assigned portfolio of Business Banking Aspire clients through structured virtual engagement and understand their business/financial position and service needs.
  • •Maintain regular contact plans, review account activity, respond to enquiries, and accurately record interactions/actions in approved systems.
  • •Identify and progress new client opportunities via virtual and digital channels, qualify prospects, and support end-to-end onboarding in line with approved processes.
  • •Perform needs analysis and recommend suitable products and services across deposits, lending and transactional offerings, including cross-sell to support revenue and balances.
  • •Prepare and submit credit applications, renewals and reviews, monitor portfolio performance for risk signals, and ensure compliance with AML, KYC and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of relationship management experience, with emphasis on business banking and client relationship management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • •Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of business banking products/services, relationship & portfolio management, and virtual/digital client servicing models.
