Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • •Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and company policies.
  • •Develop and enforce safety procedures and emergency response plans, including organizing fire drills and evacuation exercises.
  • •Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend preventive measures.
  • •Monitor PPE usage, coordinate with maintenance teams for safe equipment and facilities, and maintain safety records and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • •Proficiency in risk assessment and hazard identification.
  • •Experience with emergency response and incident management.
  • •A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • •Safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely (OSHA and First Aid/Fire Safety certifications preferred).
