Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships in a branch setting by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up programs, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or B2B sales, or military service in a relevant administration/contracting/civil affairs role.
•(Preferred) Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or B2B sales.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking/lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
