Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day execution of a government IT task order as the contractor’s single point of contact for the Contracting Officer, COR, and senior stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary enterprise engineering and operations program delivery across technology and project workstreams, including governance, reporting, risk/issue management, staffing and subcontractor coordination. Build and maintain program frameworks, apply Agile/Scrum where appropriate, and manage transition-in/out while ensuring mission service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead all contractor work under the task order and coordinate execution across technology evaluation, architecture, engineering, operations and maintenance, and project management workstreams.
•Serve as primary interface to the Contracting Officer, COR, government program managers, and senior stakeholders, including urgent request acknowledgment within one hour during required business hours.
•Manage performance tracking, weekly status reporting, monthly Program Management Reviews, quality control, risk and issue management, staffing, subcontractor coordination, invoicing, and financial reporting.
•Develop and maintain program management framework, including schedules, staffing plans, quality control plans, transition plans, organizational charts, action-item tracking, and executive reporting.
•Coordinate technical teams and projects, identify and mitigate delivery risks early, and lead transition-in/transition-out with knowledge transfer to operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, information systems, or a closely related technical or management field (or 15+ years of IT program management experience in lieu of a bachelor’s).
•Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•Current ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher (must obtain ITIL v5 Foundation before being proposed).
•Minimum 5 years of IT program management experience delivering across multiple technical teams/workstreams.
•Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
