Job Summary

Own orchestration and automation of incident response using FortiSOAR, serving as the primary SME for automation, integrations, and playbook development. Build and maintain FortiSOAR playbooks and connectors, integrate new logging sources, and deploy/manage FortiSOAR in SOC environments (on-prem and cloud/multitenant). Support customer engagements with SOAR best practices, assist with detection/mitigation workflows, and participate in 24x7 on-call for critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain FortiSOAR playbooks and connectors, including simple/custom integrations with various technologies.
•Deploy, configure, manage, operate, and monitor FortiSOAR in a SOC environment (on-prem and cloud/multitenant), including VM management.
•Design and architect FortiSOAR in customer environments, including dashboards/reports and incident war room/roaster management.
•Support customer teams with SOAR best practices, manage detection/mitigation/containment/response workflows, and participate in 24x7 on-call for critical or urgent activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with Fortinet FortiSOAR.
•Experience developing FortiSOAR connectors and playbooks for detection, protection, containment, and mitigation.
•Strong scripting and integration skills in Python, GO, Kusto/KQL, and PowerShell.
•Working knowledge of cyber threats, threat actors, and TTPs across on-prem, cloud, and distributed contexts.
•CISSP/CISM/CISA (or equivalent) and ITIL accreditation (or relevant experience).
