Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with service leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for chiller products and equipment by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Use hand tools, blueprints, and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose and repair chiller units.
  • •Support mission-critical activities, including problem solving in a zero-downtime environment and awareness of service level agreements.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, and coach/train less experienced technicians as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • •5+ years of experience in HVAC with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Proven experience performing start-up of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including commissioning procedures and operational verification.
  • •EPA Certification required.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
