Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical authority for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune within enterprise endpoint management accounts. Lead SCCM and Intune architecture, governance, and migrations (including Windows 11 OSD, Autopilot, and co-management), while enforcing patch and compliance frameworks. Act as Team Lead for a multi-grade delivery team, provide client advisory at senior IT leadership level, and contribute to EPM practice growth through pre-sales, solution design, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical leadership for MECM/SCCM design, architecture, governance, and escalation handling for Priority-1/Priority-2 incidents, including root cause analysis and resolution.
•Lead greenfield SCCM deployments, CB upgrade programs, and enterprise-scale site hierarchy, boundary, boundary group, and content distribution architecture.
•Architect and govern Intune/Modern Endpoint Management (MEM) including Autopilot profiles, enrollment policies, ESP configuration, compliance frameworks, RBAC/scope tags, and security baselines with Defender for Endpoint.
•Provide team leadership by mentoring and developing a multi-grade delivery team, running 1:1s, coaching, peer reviews of designs/runbooks/client documents, and managing escalations beyond team bandwidth.
•Drive client advisory and practice development through workshops, roadmap sessions, service reviews, pre-sales/bid support (effort estimation and SOW inputs), and development of EPM standards/SOPs/runbooks and automation.

Key Requirements

•Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft MECM/SCCM Current Branch architecture, site hierarchy, and upgrade management, including Software Update (SUP) and reporting with WSUS/ADR/Maintenance Windows.
•Expert-level Microsoft Intune / Modern Endpoint Management experience (enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, RBAC, scope tags) and integration with Entra ID (Conditional Access).
•Hands-on capability across endpoint deployment and lifecycle management: OS Deployment (Windows 11 OSD), Autopilot (hybrid join/ESP/white-glove provisioning), and co-management/migration planning between SCCM and Intune.
•Strong security/compliance practice for endpoint management: Defender for Endpoint posture, patch compliance frameworks, and audit readiness evidence collection.
•Proven leadership and advisory skills, including mentoring Grade 7–10 resources, leading client workshops/service reviews, and contributing to pre-sales/solution design; scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API is required.
