Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and govern FE ME operation/equipment metrics, capacity readiness processes, business processes, and best known methods (BKMs) across all sites.
  • •Ensure global alignment on manufacturing engineering ground rules and act as a technical SME to optimize area operations, systems integration, and digital ecosystem adoption.
  • •Analyze line performance and equipment utilization (including OEE and workstation/block WPD) and apply Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Drive efficiency improvements by investigating root causes of equipment availability losses, operating losses, and capability gaps; partner with Site Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and SIC teams.
  • •Lead proof-of-concepts and deployment of automation solutions, scheduling enhancements, and digital reporting; facilitate global change processes and knowledge sharing via forums and network meetings.
