Job Summary

Operate a SiteOne vehicle to deliver landscaping, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to customers in a safe, professional manner. Load and unload trucks, pull and prepare inventory orders, and provide exceptional customer service in person or by phone. Follow all transportation and branch safety/security protocols, including use of in-vehicle dash cameras, while partnering with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate a SiteOne vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
•Deliver world-class customer service and build strong customer relationships in person and by phone.
•Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery.
•Load and unload trucks while working with teammates to ensure branch success.
•Comply with safety/security protocols, including keeping in-vehicle dash cameras on during work time and not obstructing them.

•Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs; must be 18+ (high school diploma/equivalent preferred).
