Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences at the store, partnering with the Store Manager to drive profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility. Oversee daily store operations, sales goal performance, merchandising standards, inventory/shipping-receiving practices, and compliance. Recruit, coach, and provide ongoing training to build a high-performing, inclusive retail environment.
